What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to our customer service at vanakkamsouthtees@gmail.com. We will check and follow up on the issue.

How long does it take for shipping?

Standard shipping: Average fulfillment time 12-20 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are free of shipping for Australia. The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process BEFORE you make payment so if you are not happy with the freight cost there is still time to cancel the order before you make payment.

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Please contact our customer service before the order cut-off time(12:00 PM Australia time every day) to submit your refund request.

I have received the incorrect products, what should I do?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items/ incorrect products must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received.
